Summary

Familial benign pemphigus or Hailey Hailey disease is a rare blistering skin disease, autosomal dominant disorder characterized by outbreaks of erosive rashes and blisters, usually in the folds areas of the skin. It affects people in the third or fourth decade of life. There are described some triggers factors like friction, sunburn, heat, cold and infections.

We present a familial benign pemphigus case with an uncommon localization and improvement after treatment.
